Hey folks, I’m Quinn Savard, founder of Craft Arts, a Canadian platform built to bring clarity, honesty, and a dash of Quebec ingenuity into the world of online casinos. I was born and raised in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, where the Saint-Maurice River flows with the same determination I try to bring into everything I do. From that riverside city came my love for engineering, systems, and problem-solving — the same mindset that would later help me make sense of the complex world of iGaming.

Growing Up: Trois-Rivières Roots
I grew up in Trois-Rivières, a city where industry meets culture and where curiosity is practically a local trait. My schooling began at Middle School Marie-De-L’Incarnation, and later at Avenues-Nouvelles Secondary School — places that taught me more than formulas and facts. They taught me grit, independence, and how to ask “why” until the answers finally made sense.
That same curiosity followed me to Polytechnique Montréal, where I earned my degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Project Management and CAD/CAM. Between 2014 and 2018, I learned to think like an engineer — breaking down complex systems, studying data flow, and solving problems with precision. At the time, I didn’t realize how much those skills would later help me in a completely different world: online gaming.
The Leap: From Engineering to Casinos
After graduating in 2018, I worked in technical fields, managing projects and analyzing performance systems. But in my downtime, I found myself drawn to online lotteries, and later, online casinos. What started as fun quickly became frustrating — hidden terms, unclear odds, and too many empty promises.
That frustration flipped into motivation. I decided to pull these systems apart like any engineering challenge. In 2019, I began researching the mechanics behind casinos — RNGs, bonus algorithms, payout structures — and realized there was a gap between what players see and what actually happens behind the scenes.
By 2021, that research turned into a mission. I founded Craft Arts, officially registered as the Casino Market Commerce Center (RCC-2023-QC-47892), to give Canadian players honest, data-driven insights into online casinos.
My Work Today: Smart Reviews, Real Transparency
At Craft Arts, we work out of our office at 1500 Av. des Draveurs, Trois-Rivières, QC G9A 0C8, where we test, review, and document everything that matters to Canadian players. From bonus breakdowns to withdrawal speeds, we go beyond surface-level impressions.
With my background in mechanical engineering, I specialize in translating the technical side of casino systems — random number generators, payout verification, and security encryption — into simple, practical explanations that every player can understand. We believe reviews should read like reality checks, not advertisements.
Our Team: The Engine Behind Craft Arts
Craft Arts is powered by a small but sharp team of specialists who share the same mission — to make online gaming in Canada safer, smarter, and clearer.
- Marie is our numbers expert — she dissects bonuses, wagering conditions, and RTP stats with precision and clarity.
- Jean-Pierre is our regulation analyst — he keeps up with every legal change across Canadian provinces and ensures our content stays compliant and accurate.
- Isabelle crafts engaging, player-focused stories that make even the most technical topics easy to digest and enjoyable to read.
- And me? I’m the engineer-turned-analyst who makes sure our reviews are built on facts, not fluff.
Together, we form a team that blends technical skill, regulatory knowledge, and player empathy — because casino reviews should serve real people, not marketing budgets.

Philosophy: Responsible Play, Canadian Perspective
We take responsible gaming seriously. At Craft Arts, our content aligns with organizations like the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC), and GamTalk Canada. Every article we publish reinforces one message — play smart, stay informed, and know your limits.
We’re not here to glamorize gambling; we’re here to make it transparent. Canada deserves fair information, and that’s what drives me every day.
